DESCRIPTION:The BC Conservation & Outdoor Recreation Education (CORE) program is the mandatory certification route for anyone aged 10+\, wishing to hunt legally in British Columbia. \nOur CORE Exam Challenge allows students who have completed self-study\, either through online providers or by studying the official course manual\, to complete their practical and written exams locally. \nNeed study materials? Does this better suit your learning style?  Join us for our comprehensive\, instructor-led CORE course! We guide you step-by-step through the material\, thoroughly cover navigating the BC Hunting & Trapping synopsis\, answer your questions in real time\, and ensure you’re fully prepared.  You can choose that option here. \n\n\n\n\nIMPORTANT NOTES:\nIt is necessary to study for this exam and to thoroughly understand the contents of the latest BCWF CORE manual. In addition\, it is crucial that the student can navigate and understand the BC Hunting Regulations Synopsis. \nExam challenges are usually conducted during the CFSC/CRFSC training weekends\, but other accommodations can be made. Please contact us for further details. \nIf a student has a copy of their CFSC report form (RCMP #5484e) showing successful completion of the CFSC course\, they are exempt from the practical firearms handling portion of the CORE exam.  Please note that the course report form is required; a PAL or POL is NOT sufficient.  Should you not have a copy of this report\, you can obtain it from your CFSC instructor or the Chief Firearms Office.
