Refunds and Deferrals

We understand that sometimes, life can take some unexpected turns. Our refund policy aims to deliver peace-of-mind to students that wish to book early and secure a seat while simultaneously seeking to ensure that course delivery is not compromised due to empty seats. All our courses have minimum attendance thresholds.

Refunds are processed according to the following terms:

• Cancellation more than 7 days before course date: 100% refund or priority reservation on a future course of the students choosing
• Cancellation less than 7 days before course date: Deferral option dependent on resale of seat(s). If we can fill your place from our waitlist, we will offer you a place on a future course at no charge. No refund option.
• No Show or late arrival on the course date: No refund or deferral
